Lynsey Watson is a seasoned aviation executive and commercial strategist with over 20 years of experience in airport operations, strategic planning, and investment advisory. She has played a pivotal role in airport acquisitions, infrastructure development, and commercial negotiations, working directly with airport operators and investment groups to drive long-term growth and profitability.
Lynsey has been instrumental in major aviation projects across the UAE, including Dubai Airports’ Concourse D, Dubai World Central, and Abu Dhabi’s New Zayed International Terminal. Her expertise spans negotiating complex BOT concession agreements, terminal retail strategies, land development leases, and strategic joint ventures, ensuring sustainable commercial success.

Lynsey Watson

With over 30 years of experience in real estate development, architecture, and project delivery, Sonny Tan has played a key role in shaping major retail and mixed-use developments across the Middle East and Asia.
Based in the UAE since 2005, Sonny has held senior leadership positions with major developers. As Chief Architect for Dubai Mall, he contributed to one of the world’s largest retail destinations. He later served as Vice President – Architecture & Capital Projects at Emaar Properties/Emaar Malls, overseeing large-scale developments.
In 2009, he became CEO & Managing Director at Almojil Development Services LLC, leading the company’s expansion. He then founded Funtastic Engineering Consultancy and Facilities Management Services LLC, which became a leading name in UAE retail project management.
Currently Senior Director – Retail Design & Delivery at KCG, Sonny continues to drive innovation in retail development. A University Gold Medalist with a Bachelor of Architecture (Honors) from the University of Newcastle, he is also a Chartered Architect (Singapore) and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects.
With a proven track record of delivering world-class projects, Sonny remains a leader in shaping the future of retail and mixed-use developments.

Sonny Tan

Andrew Ward is a highly experienced aviation and infrastructure advisor with over 24 years of expertise spanning aviation, transport, and investment strategy. His career combines deep commercial insight with financial and operational understanding, guiding airport operators, investors, and governments across the UK, Australia, and the Middle East.
Before joining KCG Consulting, Andrew held senior roles with PwC Middle East, Ejabat Management Consultants, HKA, and EY, where he led advisory programmes focused on airport PPPs, commercial transformation, and infrastructure transactions across the GCC and Asia. Earlier in his career, he worked with Barclays Bank and EY UK in project finance and infrastructure advisory, developing strong capabilities in financial modelling, PPP structuring, and investment due diligence.
At KCG, Andrew leads the Advisory practice, supporting clients with airport strategy, traffic forecasting, business case development, and investor readiness. He adds value at the strategic ecosystem level, helping align aviation, transport, and investment priorities to deliver commercially resilient and future-ready airport assets — reinforcing KCG’s position as a trusted partner in global aviation advisory.

Gration is a seasoned projects-executive with over nine years of experience specialising in interior fit-out, factory operations and full lifecycle delivery across the UAE. He currently manages four major projects across Abu Dhabi and Dubai — directing client interfaces, material selection, fit-out drawing coordination, budgeting, procurement and regulatory compliance.
Prior to this role, he delivered high-end interior fit-out schemes at Soltis Interiors, handled authority approvals and mall coordination, and led F&B and retail fit-out projects at Dubai Airports under Coral Supplies & Interiors. Earlier on, he supervised on-site construction and BOQ preparation across multiple simultaneous projects.
